“ I already loved them when they were still in that tiny little space close to E14th. Their Pho has always been stellar and I also like the vermicelli bowls. But I always come for the pho. The husband, who is not a soup lover, is usually happy with his rice plate. The last time, his chicken as well as the rice was a bit dry. But my daughter loved her chicken noddle soup. Can also recommend the smoothies. It's sometimes a bit difficult to communicate, at least with one of their servers, who is not very fluent in English. But we manage by talking with our hands ;-) ”
“ Man, this has to be my favorite pho place and it's such a treat whenever I'm out in Oakland with my boyfriend. Pho King is accommodating, especially if you have a bigger party of over 10 people. I always get the pho here but the Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu are probably even better. Pho + Soda Xi Muoi = Yummylicious. ”
“ With so many Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay Area how do you find the best? Pho King definitely hits the spot and makes the mark. The food is delivered quickly, hot and fresh. The bowl of pho was a good ratio of noodles to meat. The spring roll was a bit pricey ($9) but had fresh pork and shrimp in it. Definitely recommend! ”
